He has told you, what is good;
And what does the LORD require of you.

is love"

Chikuni
Originaly it was called Chinkuni but after few years the name got shortened to Chikuni. It was part of the Zambezi Mission. The first night at Chikuni spent under a musekese tree on the 14th July 1905 is marked as the begining of Chikuni Mission. It was Fr. Moreau s.j., Fr. Torrrend s.j., Bbinya, Haatontola, Jahaliso and Jojo who were there.
Development
Though part of Zambezi Mission but 750 km from the nearest mission - Bulawayo, Chikuni was quite isolated. Food shortages were constant not only because of the periodic lack of rains but because of the only tool people used was the hand hoe, which required, as Fr. Moreau calculated it, 174,960 strokes to hoe an acre. He set out to improve the farming method of the Tonga by introduction of the plough.
Evangelization at Chikuni was the full time work mostly of other priest. Moreau had created much good will but it was Fathers: Bick, Casset, Zabdyr and Froch who did the major part of the planting of the church.
